FobCopy (collectively “Merchant Store Name”, “we” and “us”, “data controller”) respect your privacy. We ensure that your privacy is protected when using our website or when placing online orders with us.

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through this Site as below.

We will keep your details for 14 days from the fob being returned to you
This gives you enough time to check and make sure it works and that you are 100% satisfied
After 14 days, your data will be deleted

We understand how important data security is to everyone therefore, we use SSL security on our website so you can be confident that your details are secure
Payments
We use third-party payment processing merchants, which are Stripe and PayPal, I also use Starling Bank for bank transfers
Stripe and PayPal are both widely used online payment sytems and offer very high levels of security
When you checkout using Stripe, PayPal or Starling Bank for transfers, anyone of these merchants will handle the payment transaction thus ensuring your financial details are secured by them. Apple Pay & Google Pay are also processed by Stripe
FobCopy does not get access to any of your financial information
Sharing your personal Information
We share your Personal Information with third parties such as Stripe, PayPal, Starling Bank and Royal Mail
For example, if you use Stripe, PayPal or bank transfer, whoever you use, only one of these mercahnts will have access to your information, not all of them. Royal Mail would be the other third party, apart from them, I will never share your information
Cookies
I do not use tracking cookies or any other cookies; however, Woocommerce may use cookies
Data retention
As previously mentioned, when you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for 14 days to make sure everything works. After this period, your personal data will be deleted.
Changes
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
