These are our terms and conditions for the use of our website FobCopy.co.uk and the purchase of products through the website.

The terms and conditions herein together with any notices or conditions on other areas of this website will all together govern use by customers of this website. You should note that FobCopy may at any time make changes to or remove part of this website without any liability to customers for such changes. FobCopy reserves the right to change these terms and conditions in the future without specifically notifying customers and continued use of the website or placing of orders after such changes shall be deemed to be acknowledgement and acceptance thereof.
A contract will only come into existence between you the customer and us once your order has been processed and dispatched.

All fob prices are in £ sterling
Images
Images shown against each item for sale are of the actual fobs that you will receive. Please be aware that they are not intended to be the actual size and colours and shades may vary due to photographic conditions and the actual screen you are using to view the site. If you have any queries, please don’t hesitate to contact us for clarification
Out of Stock Items
All items are in stock when listed on our website. If they sell out (highly doubt it), you will be unable to make any purchases of the fob you’re looking for until I replenish the stock. I will, however, take back orders
Returns and Refunds
If you are not happy with your order when you receive it, please contact us by email, and we will do everything we can to help. If, after speaking to us, you still wish to return the order, please ensure that the fob is in the same condition as when you received it from us and, where possible, use the original packaging to protect the fob. Once we receive and check the fob and unique serial number to confirm it was one of ours, we will issue you with a full refund. This usually will be the same day we receive it back
Refunds will be credited back to the payment method you choose at checkout
Returns should be made within 14 days of you receiving your order
After this time, we will assume you are 100% satisfied
Moving Home
After purchasing a cloned fob from us and then, further down the line, you move home, why pay for a new cloned fob? Just return the old one back to us along with your new fob, and we will clone it FREE as long as you cover the return postage
